FBM & COVID-19

Update from FBM: June 2020

The FBM offices are reopening to staff beginning June 18. Sanitation protocols, social distancing markers, and project-based in-office work flows are ways we are modifying our office to protect staff and the greater community while we trial-run opportunities for in-office collaboration.

For the continued safety of employees, visitors and our community, we will begin to invite guests to meet with us in our offices at a later date.

We look forward to providing updates and inviting you back soon.




As the world health community continues to monitor COVID-19, FBM is working to maintain safe conditions for all, while following through on our commitment to operational and design excellence.

We've taken steps to do our part amid the coronavirus pandemic and towards providing uninterrupted service and support for all of our active projects:

Day-to-day operations

  • Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, the FBM office is temporarily closed to staff and visitors;
  • FBM staff are working from home using a suite of online tools to collaborate internally as well as hold meetings online or via conference call;
  • Regular internal communications provide official health and governmental advisories and updates, including any regarding the construction industry.
