Halifax Central Library Wins Mayor's Prize in Architecture
The Halifax Central Library has won the 2017 Mayor's Prize in Architecture. His worship Mayor Michael Savage presented the award to George Cotaras at the Halifax City Hall this past fall during Architecture Week. George accepted the award on behalf of FBM Architecture and Interior Design and Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects. The award celebrates local architectural excellence and is an example of the Nova Scotia Association of Architects' continued initiative to connect the public with architecture.
